Pumpkin Carving the Easy Way

Being from Maine, I am all about Autumn. The changing of the leaves, crisp temperatures, apple picking and pumpkin carving these are things I love about this time of year. This year admittedly...I cheated a bit! This year's pumpkin carving was quick easy and NO CLEAN UP!

Autumn in Maine does have some distinct memories- but I bet you've forgotten all the rotten pumpkins that were carved too early resulting into moldy-ness, or all the other pumpkins left on the front porch that got nibbled away by the raccoons or smashed into the streets by the college kids- so I think your way of decorating pumpkins is wonderful too: great kid enjoyment and simple parent clean-up!
